After reading reviews, was expecting this to work. Used it for 2 weeks didn’t see any improvements.

We are just starting out trying to find ways to help treat my daughter's IBS symptoms. These supplements seemed like they might be a high-quality option to try. After reading all the support it provides to gut health and understanding the strain diversity and potency, they sounded like they could be highly effective. After giving it a try, she said she felt a little less bloated and had less pain which helped give her a little energy back for the gym. I like that the ingredient list includes zinc which is something I try to get her to incorporate for immune support. Having it included means one less supplement to take. The capsules are an easy to swallow size and there’s no aftertaste or weird smell. What I like about these is that it requires just one capsule a day which is easier to stay on track with since it's not multiple doses to remember. It’s easy to take on an empty stomach without negative side effects. We don’t have to worry about refrigeration like some supplements so we can also take them on the go with no problem. These are definitely on the expensive side, in my opinion, for a one-month supply that you need to take regularly. If it continues to help her though the cost will be worth it.

I agree that probiotics and zinc are very helpful to have in your body for your digestive system, however, I find the price very steep at over a dollar a pill for something that hasn't had the strain run through the FDA yet. I think because of the no strain designation given to it I would be very wary of purchasing this until after it has been approved for safety and efficacy.

When buying probiotics, it is hard to say if we are getting live cultures. So, when I receive one, I always culture a capsule in a cup of milk at 100 degrees for 12 hours. If the milk thickens, I know there are live cultures in the capsule. When I cultured this Life-Space probiotic, it definitely made a yogurt-like substance within 12 hours. So now I rest assured that there are live strains in there.Things I appreciate about this probiotic:It contains 37 Billion CFUs per serving, which is a high count.The serving is only 1 capsule so I don't have to take 2-3 pills.It contains 3 probiotic strains that have been proven to help with alleviating the symptoms of IBS. There are multiple clinical trials proving the effectiveness of all 3 strains.After taking it for a week, my gut comfort has increased and bloating has reduce. I am also eliminating better with more regularity.A thing I am not a fan of:The probiotic contains silica and magnesium stearate. I wish manufacturers would find replacements to these substances to help fill their capsules. I avoid the above two ingredients and they are present in many supplements. I am concerned about build up of silica and magnesium stearate.

Effective, great premium formula consisting of a 4-in-1 gut balance formula plus 3 probiotics for gut health not to mention zinc, to target root causes: reducing abdominal pain, diarrhea/constipation, bloating and gas.This also offers IBS relief, a healthy digestion, and brain-gut balance. I have Ankaloysing spondalytis. Basically protiens attack your body. This starts in the gut. These PB's help immensely

Its really helping other brands don't work as well as life-space
