Dr. Martens Unisex 3989 Bex Brogue Shoes

I LOVE these shoes. They run very big so order a size down. I wear 8 1/2 in tennis shoes and shoes so men's 6 was the perfect size for my feet. I added an insert as I wear them in all my shoes. A previous reviewer said they were stiff and yes they are but like any true leather shoe the leather will relax and conform to your foot. They're very well made and high quality. I can't wait to wear them with my cute work uniforms. I'm 46 and my friends loved these shoes. I wish they made more colors like navy & cream or brown & cream.

These are really cute! But, I got them for their soles. I have painful heels, plantar fasciitis. My doctor said I needed sturdy soles to support the pressure when I walk. He said to check my shoes by bending the sole to check their sturdiness. These soles are solid, but still a little bouncy! I use these with some 3/4, high quality heel inserts. They have really helped me heal. I now buy Doc Martens with similar soles. Be aware they are a little heavy. I don’t mind, I’m building up my leg muscles I am no longer limping around, but now look cute while in no pain. LOVE!

I waited a really long time to get these shoes. Every time I was ready to buy them they were out of stock or just too expensive. I can tell you they were worth the wait. I love these Dr. Marten's out of all the pair's I have these have the most character tot hem. They are classy and hip at the same time. I was afraid they were going to look like they were for men only but I actually think they are better for women. Just my opinion. They are a little big but not quite a 1/2 size so I will have to wear thicker socks. Not a problem just happy I was able to buy them. The price was great to.

im a huge doc martin fan and these 2 tone wingtips add in beautifully to my collection (not sure if you can even call it a collection) I've looked into every detail after i received it and i do not see any signs of defect so CHECK Fits perfectly, just enough toe room and enough firmness around the ankles so CHECK Maybe the soles are bit higher than i was expecting it to be but its not a biggy. It is leather, so it takes a bit for it to adjust to your foot so early on slight rubbing on the achilles and the Malleolus is natural. overall i love it

The shoes are very well made. .However, they are not true to size. You would need to get a size smaller,

I’ve been wearing Doc Martin shoes since 1986 when my doctor told me I had to wear orthopedic shoes and I refused, and I found Doc Martin’s and started wearing them and they worked for my foot. Then I started wearing the combat boots and the Mary Jane’s and, the black and white steel toad… But this size was like three sizes too big for my foot. There’s no way I could’ve gotten away with wearing it even though I love the style and Doc Martens are awesome and they’re made to last forever but the sizing for the US has changed because that was not a size 5 that was like a size 7, so I had to return them. And now I can’t find a pair in my size anywhere and that really sucks.

These look like the pictures. I have bought a pair and had to exchange them because they were dented or damaged. They're pretty comfortable too. I'd complain about the shipping though. Like the other ones that were damaged, it was just a thin cardboard not really fit to be called a shoe box inside of a large mailing bag. They should have been double boxed. The box is pretty much unusable.

I really like them. all of my friends have said that they like them and that they look really good. some reviews have questioned the quality but the build seems really good to me. They are DR Martins, so they are going to be painful for a few days until you break them in. this has been the case with docs without the padding around the edge since always. if you are familiar with docs you know all to well what I am talking about. if you are not - be warned :) . Just keep wearing them and they will be fine. Do not wear them to a theme park or somewhere you will be walking a great deal the first time... if you do - bring a band aid, you will need it.

Ich liebe diesen Brogue! Toller Tragekomfort, gut zu schnüren und sich keine Druckstellen! Qualität! Nur fallen sie schon recht gross aus. Trage 40, in der 39 geht es noch, womöglich werden nach längerem Eintragen Einlagen ein Thema.
