No CD, no guide.
This wasn't well made. The velcro was badly cut and scratches. The brace needs constant adjustment. The neoprene began to break down after 2 weeks. I got a small paper saying to "text "GIFTS" to receive the manual, free return, and exercise CD. there is no number to text it to.

Great support
My husband has been using this brace for about a month now and he has noticed a huge improvement with his shoulder pain. Keeps your shoulder stable.
I purchased this for my brother who had shoulder surgery a few years ago, but still has pain. He's been wearing it and says it really keeps his shoulder stable and it doesn't ache anymore at the end of each day.

Like I said what works for me doesn't always work for everyone.
I bought the brace to use during the day, and a couple days at bed time I have a couple of tears in my shoulder . I have wakened up with pain from the way my arm is positioned at the beginning sleeping with the brace took getting used to but it helped me to keep my arms from sometimes getting into awkward positions. It does help me, but what works for me doesn't always work for everybody but yes I would recommend it to anyone or everyone and family and friends. Thank you.

Easy to use shoulder brace
This shoulder brace was very easy to use and was the perfect relief for that stubborn shoulder pain. It can be used for either arm and can be adjusted for each chest size. Great price and a great product!

Disappointed
Haven’t been able to use it. You have to go online to a website then I couldn’t find the instructions. I tried to put in on by going to utube but it’s too small and I ordered a large.
