Stumbled upon this brand after usual source was out of stock. And I'm so glad, because this product is great! As a whole-food, plant-based eater, I use dulse as a source of iodine. I just eat a spoonful or two sprinkled on top of soups or salads, or even straight out of the bag...which is easy when it tastes this good! The applewood smoked flavor really is reminiscent of (hate to say this as a WFPB person)...bacon. There's a salty, savory, woodsy taste that really is good. Will definitely repurchase!

I absolutely love this product. Great smoked flavor, it does not require a lot to enjoy. I sprinkle it on steamed veggies, and it provides a salty flavor. I try to get 2 at time because sometimes it is not available. Love it and it provides iodine (thyroid function) for those who do not eat table salt.

This is so bad, tastes like u would imagine overly salted old dead fish would. Made me feel sick, cannot believe how anyone could eat this. Sadly I cannot return, totally a waste of money. Possibly I got a bad batch , but I wouldnt chance another.

It's tasty, fragrant, and it adds great flavor to many dishes, cooked or raw. Only downside is the price to value margin, but considering the source of iodine, I would most likely purchase this again.

Always a amazing product for vegans looking for that seafood type of flavor. Smoke applewood just adds depth to the flavor.

I love the taste of seaweed and I'm sorry to say this was the worst tasting thing I've had in a long time. I can eat almost anything but I think I'm actually going to throw this away. Sorry to say this but I'm so disappointed. Tastes chemical.

First had smoked Dulse Seaweed in a Blue Apron recipe, and loved it so much (it added a great smoky flavor to an Asian catfish dish) I wanted to make the dish again on my own. Ordered Dulse from Vitaminsea, and it was as delicious as I had hoped. A little larger than the flakes Blue Apron provided, but that just means even more flavor. Quick shipping and delivery too. Will order again when I run out of my generous bag.

I was looking at several diff6kinds of dulse and didnt realize that I clicked on a smoked one. I really like dulse but this flavor is very intense as i use it in smoothies. So I had to choke it down and it made the smoothie taste awful. In salads and other dishes it was great. Just pay attention to your flavors. It's a great brand and the price is good!
