A product of substantial quality and useful in a variety on contexts
This pan is constructed with a heavy gauge aluminum and nothing seems to stick to it. I bought this to use as a liner for a pressure cooker. In contrast to the Parrish pan everything sticks to the pressure cooker no matter what I have done to prevent it. The first time I experimented with it in the pressure cooker I discovered I had run out of liquid and everything burned in the Parrish pan. However, it easily loosened and came clean after a short time soaking in warm water. I have no doubt that after a little experimentation I will be able to utilize this in conjunction with the pressure cooker. I am very impressed with the quality. I would also use this to cook cornbread, apple crisp or coffee cake.

This was hard to find, only 2' deep
The pans are really well made, sturdy. The price was pretty steep, but I will probably use them the rest of my life. I could not find any other in the size I wanted. (7'x2') overall I am happy with these cake pans

Nice pan but poorly rolled lip.
The pan is the correct size and made from a heavy gauge aluminum as advertised, but mine arrived with an inconsistently rolled lip. The underside of the lip is flush with the body at one point, but the space widens to about a 1/16" gap on the other side. It looks like it was rolled a little sloppily, or maybe the metal blank was off-center. This means that water or food will get trapped inside the lip. Also, the pan has some scuffs and scratches, and after handling it my fingertips were darkened and had some aluminum bits on them. Make sure to wash the pan thoroughly before using! In my opinion, while the pan is potentially high in quality, mine should have been caught by quality control or sold as a factory second. For the price, I expected a first quality item.
