Poor pump and solubility
I have expected something better considering the dosage size, but the solubility is horrible, there’s always bits left and I can feel barely any additional pump, comparable to getting 100mg of caffeine in one capsule.

doesn't mix brilliantly but happy with the results
I love stim-free pre-workouts as it gives me more flexibility as to when i can go to the gym with my schedule. This gives be good pumps and a clarity that i wouldn't describe as 'energy' but more a focus that i enjoy and benefit from.
