These features combined are what makes the MT-4EQ such an exciting and enjoyable ukulele to play and with the under-saddle Fishamn Kula pickup it also offers 3 Band active EQ with volume bass middle and treble control ideal if you are wishing to plug into a guitar amp. The Aquila strings are a contemporary synthetic string which carry the same acoustic properties as a traditional gut string but with the durability and longevity expected of a modern string. The version of the V bracing system helps the ukulele achieve and sustain unique and brilliant tones usually unprecedented in this price range! The bridge pin technology on the MT-4EQ is designed to allow the energy from the string to transfer into the soundboard protecting the bridge. For increased playability a 1-1/2" nut is used rather than the standard 1-3/8" this keeps the strings a little further apart avoiding roll-off.
