- Regenerist Regenerating Face Lotion with Sunscreen SPF 15 Broad Spectrum, No Scent, 2.5 fl oz

I am extremely serious about my lotions. To be candid, I have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and one of my compulsions is to use lotion consistently through-out the day. This means I've tried just about everything for my face and body (Nivea, Aveeno, Jergens, Biore, Neutrogena, Oil of Olay, St. Ive's, and the list continues) from my teen years until now (age 25). I'm extremely picky about texture, consistency, how the lotion feels when applied, how the lotion feels while applying make-up, how it feels half-way through my day, etc... This face lotion has made me the happiest by far. Other moisturizers for my face I have enjoyed in the past include Aveeno and Clinique products, and now I have been using this one for over a year. It is well worth the price + Oil of Olay has regular sales/rebates which make it even cheaper. This moisturizer is not greasy, drying, cakey, heavy, sticky or non-absorbant. I only need a little amount applied once after my shower and my face feels moisturized all day long. I have received comments at work after about 2 months of use that my face appears smoother and softer. It does not irritate any part of my face, nor has it caused break-outs. My make-up applies well over it. Overall, this moisturizer feels very natural on my skin. I will continue buying it for years to come. I hope this review is helpful.

I remember first hearing about this product in an MSNBC article about which products REALLY work. That article said that this particular UV lotion had the right ingredients in it to do what it says - keep your skin protected, hydrated, and fresh. And I have to tell you, 2.5 years later, I'm still using it. (And that's unusual for me - I'm normally bored with a product much sooner than that!) The lotion is a little thick, but goes on smoothly; has a nice, light scent; and absorbs quickly so I can get my other makeup on. If I had to have one "wish" item for this product, it would be that the pump wouldn't clog quite so easily between daily uses; but that's a small concern compared to how great my skin looks. I'm really pleased with this lotion.

Love this stuff! Works great, non greasy. Hard to find in big box stores anymore.

good at blocking sun

I’m a Black woman in my mid-40s with sensitive skin. I rarely wear makeup, and tend to be super low maintenance when it comes to skin care overall. 9 days out of ten, I wash my face, slap on moisturizer, and call it a day. I’m also super neglectful when it comes to sunscreen (I’m not proud of it). As I reached 40, I realized it might be a good idea to switch from Oil of Olay for sensitive skin to some sort of “anti-aging” moisturizer, asked around, looked around, and decided to give the Regenerist line a try. I’m glad I did. It is unobtrusive, but does the job. It doesn’t make my skin break out or itch (two reactions I’ve had in the past), and the smell is mild, IMO. If I do decide to add makeup, it doesn’t make it look or feel weird or blotchy. It also lasts quite a long time: one and a half pumps is enough to cover my face and neck.

Excellent texture! light weight, smooth with a very clean feel. I have very fair skin, and this facial product is a keeper.

I have been using Olay Regenerist skin care products for over 10 years. The three products in this line that I absolutely cannot do without are the Fragrance Free Serum, the Night Cream and now this Moisture Lotion in a pump bottle. After applying the serum (sparingly), I apply the moisture lotion. It goes on smoothly and easily. My skin feels like velvet afterward, and is ready for make up if I choose to wear any. Truly, this is a great moisture lotion, and I prefer it to the cream. I have used quite a number of skin care product lines over the years. Some have been very expensive. None, however, can compare with the results that Olay Regenerist provides. I highly recommend this Moisture Lotion along with the serum and the night cream. I always follow the instructions that were on the package of the first Olay Regenerist products that I bought years ago: Use Sparingly. If you want to know what product(s) to start with, I would suggest the serum and the moisture lotion. Both come in convenient pump bottles that dispense just what you need. Typically, a bottle of the serum lasts me between 3 to 4 months. I expect that the moisture lotion will last the same amount of time. One caution: Be sure that your product arrives in a sealed Olay box, and that the product is made in Ohio. That will ensure that it is made by Olay and is not a knock-off.
