This book is laid out so nicely. It makes contracts really east to understand and learn. The second edition is MUCH better than the first. The companion website is wonderful. Totally 5 starts all the way!

If I do not get an "A" in this class is will be because the publisher did not allow the writer free will... That or I am majoring the wrong field-of-dreams.

This was required for a class. Good book, give the basics clearly. Well written and easy to understand for the general reader.
