is the neck section removable when not needed?

Hi there, the neck area is sewn in , however the zip at the front can be left undone to increase air flow if required.

I used it for my cross country trip and now it's ruined. The adhesive is dirty but refuses to budge. How do I get rid of it?

Use "Goo Gone". The adhesive will come off with no trouble. Word of advise... If there is a sticker with writing, the "Goo Gone" will take the writing off the sticker.

Is it one size fits all or are there different sizes?

One size fits all. The material is very stretchy.

Will it fit a xl bell qualifier helmet?

Yeah it’s universal It’s basically elastic material with double sided tape that sticks to the outside of the helmet As long as it’s not a modular(flip up) helmet and you’re good
