Not even close. Way smaller in the waste than they should be. Had to re-order from size 34 to size 36 and they are still too snug to sit in.

Do these have a pen pocket behind the right cargo pocket?

No it only has a wallet pocket.

What closure do they use on the pockets on the legs? Button or velcro?

Leg pockets are Velcro. Very durable pants and great for warmer weather.

Can you wear your duty belt with these pants? Some of us, use the Velcro belt underneath.

I wear a gum belt on mine it's a 2 inch bianchi belt for a 1911 45
