Way smaller in the waste than they should be. Had to re-order from size 34 to size 36 and they are still too snug to sit in. **Q: Do these have a pen pocket behind the right cargo pocket?** A: No it only has a wallet pocket. **Q: What closure do they use on the pockets on the legs? Button or velcro?** A: Leg pockets are Velcro. Very durable pants and great for warmer weather. **Q: Can you wear your duty belt with these pants? I've given them a 4 star only because the expandability of the waist is minimal. When pants fit loose and comfortable on every aspect but the waistband, the waistband should be design to match the pants rather than constrict to be smaller than the surrounding material. A little more ability to stretch in the waist would make these pants perfect.
