I recived these unit toogoo 195581 today. I connected to battery 10v and the voltmeter start to blink. Is that ok ? No constant indication?

It should be constant, the mount on mine broke after a couple days, also the product picture changed but they used the same listing, Amazon should not allow this as they are selling different products with good ratings for a different unit!!
