Great family toilet seat
Another review said it didn’t come with top-fixing kit. Mine did, and it looked like every other top-fix kit so can’t fault that part.However I didn’t need it as it clicked straight into my Villeroy & Bock Subway 1.0 toilet, with a minor twist adjustment to the lugs on the toilet. Took 30 seconds. It’s unlikely to 100% match the exact contours of your loo as the width, length and curved parts are never the same between two different loo models. But this is damn close to my V&B Subway, so unless you really are inspecting it (and who does that!) it doesn’t look like a 3rd party seat.The seat itself is made from good quality materials, and doesn’t look cheap. So very happy with that as this is in our main bathroom.

Nice seat but not the fixings
Seems to be a good quality item but the fixings leave a lot to be desired, I followed the instructions to the letter but the plugs supplied would not grip in the holes in the base and when I applied more pressure the plastic thread on the plugs stripped out so I had to use some of the bolts and bits from the previous seat to make a firm fixing.Also the instructions refer to a seat that is released with a button but there is no button on the seat supplied.

Montagsmodell?
Der Sitz war einfach zu montieren, macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Nach 8 Monaten ist jedoch der Deckel am hinteren Rand eingerissen, vermutlich, weil sich die Kinder zum Händewaschen draufstellen. Muss aber m.E. ein Familienklodeckel aushalten. Info an den Verkäufer, unproblematische Abwicklung, 2 Tage später war ein Ersatzdeckel zum Tausch bei uns und ein Video zur Tauschmontage wurde ebenfalls sofort zur Verfügung gestellt.TOP Kundenservice, ob der Tauschdeckel nun hält, was er verspricht, wir die Zeit zeigen.Wir sind dennoch zufrieden, da es scheinbar nicht einfach ist, einen Familiensitz zu finden, bei dem auch der Kindersitz eine Absenkautomatik hat - hier vorhanden!!
