**Q: Are These gluten free?**
A: No it is not … made of wheat flour (gluten).

**Q: Does it come with soup base?**
A: No, it is just the cooked udon noodles in vacuum packs ready to be added to the base/dish of your choice.

**Q: How do these taste in comparison to Orient brand Udon Noodles?**
A: Never had that but these are nice

**Q: Can the seller guarantee the expiry date (as printed) be at least 3 months away? I am keen to buy but am worried to receive something expiring soon.**
A: I can’t answer for that aspect but I can state with confidence that we’ve just eaten the rest of these noodles when they were over two years past their BB date and they were as good as new, really tasty and excellent in vegetable stir fries. Highly recommended, I would say.
