Salon in a Bottle Root Touch up Hair Spray (Dark Blonde)

This product is wonderful. It covers all of the gray in between colorings.

I can't begin to describe how amazing this product works, and not just from the cover the gray standpoint! The design of the nozzle is exactly what you need, which doesn't seem to matter until you try another product and then you know just how important that is. Having dark hair, it's necessary to have a white nozzle so you can see where you are spraying! Also the spray comes out in a light and easy way. Some other products I've tried it feels like a fire hose. Finally, never a drip! With other products, there were always drips on my face, that were not easy to get off! Never a drip with Salon in a Bottle. Awesome product!!!

I buy this all the time. Wish it was cheaper but the quality is really good.

I had previously purchased Blonde -- love it -- covers my roots perfectly. I tried the Dark Blonde this time, thinking it might be just a little bit darker. I sprayed it on and got a dark brown splotch on my head. I love the product, but I don't think the Dark Blonde is for dark blonde hair. Maybe it would be good for medium brown.

Best touch up spray in the market for staying power. It has a tiny little nozzle that allows you to direct it right on your growth line. One spray lasts a few days, even after full scrubbing and shampoo! It does leave a greasy feeling that you may not like but I love that I can make my hair color last an extra two, sometimes three weeks. I notice white peaking through a week after dying my hair!! Aaargh! So annoying!! "Salon in a Bottle Root Touch up" allows me not to have a skunk stripe for an extra two weeks. Granted, you'll have to rub some of it off before dying your hair and you'll probably have an inch worth of white hair (if your hair growth is anything like mine) but I don't mind. I've tried a lot of other sprays, powers, mascaras and this is my absolute favorite. It's more expensive but I'm willing to pay the extra because of its effectiveness. The only negative for some will be the greasy feeling. There, you've been warned. In spite of that, I'm giving this product a solid five stars.

The spray bottle has the spray part with white tip closed. Could not get it off or open. So threw away. Grr

My hair is just starting to go grey. I am not ready to start the 6-week routine of coloring my hair that my Coworkers do. I have never dyed my hair before so I am a little hesitant to start and look so drastically different. This product seems to be just what I need - for now. I put it in to cover a few grey hairs at the top of my head. It seemed to stay in for several days even after washing my hair. By a week later, it was definitely all gone. My hair is medium brown. I ordered the dark blonde shade and it matched perfectly. Because this is a spot application thing, I think it is better to go lighter so you won't notice the application areas. I am not sure it is necessary, but I wore plastic gloves to work it onto my grey hairs since they are longer than just the roots. You apply this product to dry hair & it says to let it dry for at least 5 minutes. It seems to stay in nicely and does not run in the rain. It is nice to feel pretty again. One more thing I wanted to share. A wise friend taught me not to pluck gray hairs. She said it is better to cut them short instead. The reasoning is that when you are old, with thinning gray hair, you will be happy to have every last hair. If you plucked them out when you were younger, it may damage the root and they may never grow back. My friend said that your old self will thank your younger self.

I really did like this product, however not for the price. The company that makes the product I LOVE changed the name of their color so I was unable to find what I like. In the meantime I was looking for other products to replace it when I came across this, which looks exactly the same. So I was thrilled! The problem is #1, it is super expensive and not much different than any other product out there. Plus it’s such a small amount. #2 I couldn’t figure out how to use it. (Neither could a lot of other people by the looks of it.) The top part is the cap that just comes off. It looks like it’s part of the spray, like you would press on it.

One of my favorite purchases. Very helpful but plz do not touch your hair after applying it. Your nails will become darker if you scratch your head. Allow to dry after applying it and follow the instructions to avoid messing up your face

Long lasting and actually not easy to clean it off the hair.. it gives a nice covering for white hair
