We combined it with Himalayan pink salt in a grinder and the taste is perfect. Not at all harsh like table salt, it has a smooth flavor that enhances everything we use it on, and we know it's far more healthy than table salt. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very moist, almost wet. I dumped the whole bag into a big bowl, spread it out and let it dry for a few days mixing it up every 12 hours or so.
