I love everything about this stuff. I care not about what the media has said, with it being a little pricey, I still think this is a good value, this has over 75 minerals that I swear you can almost taste the goodness. it does not go in a salt shaker, it is a salt with moisture. but it dissolves good, I love the naturalness. it is good for your health, and it goes in everything. When I first purchased this, I took a sample of the regular table salt, and this. the difference in taste is crazy. I never use the iodized salt anymore.

I just love e this Celtic Sea Salt, not only for the taste, but for the mineral content. I add it to my hydration drinks and it really does the trick in helping my body to retain the proper fluids. Just beware though: If you order the 16 ounce, the picture shows it is the finely ground bag and it is actually the course ground. If you are adding this to drinks, it does not disolve as quickly as the fine salt does and it' harder to measure the right amounht. I notified Amazon of this error. If you want the fine ground, you have to order the smaller bag.

Very tasty salt. We combined it with Himalayan pink salt in a grinder and the taste is perfect. Not at all harsh like table salt, it has a smooth flavor that enhances everything we use it on, and we know it's far more healthy than table salt. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very moist, almost wet. I dumped the whole bag into a big bowl, spread it out and let it dry for a few days mixing it up every 12 hours or so. Turned out very good and it works great in the grinder without clumping.

This is the real thing. So many others sell "sea salt" but all of the good minerals have been removed. The true sea salt contains many trace minerals making it retain a noticeable amount of natural moisture. It is healthier and has a better flavor.

The salt itself is great and tastes excellent. However, I would not recommend using it in an electric grinder. This salt has a higher moisture content, which causes it to clog and not grind properly in electric mills. It works much better if you use a spoon to scoop it or a manual hand grinder instead.
