The g254 features everything you want on a power rack today, with all the attachments to make a complete gym.  The 3” x 3” 11-gauge steel mainframe gives this rack a 1000 lb weight capacity.  The full power cage stands at 90” tall which gives plenty of room for pull ups, presses and even cleans. The Power Rack includes a rear expansion which creates a perfect space for a spotter and comes with 10 Olympic weight horns for plate storage and two bar holes for Olympic Bars. The laser cut spotting holes give a perfect fit for the bar spotters and the dual mounting bar hooks allow you to position the bar in the front or rear facing on the rack.
