This was purchased and given to a friend who had several issues. She is on her mid twenties with overactive sebaceius glands, excess of pimples, strong smell of urea on person after exercise and hyper hydrolysis. After the first 3 days of the prescribed intake, the individual's face started clearing like magic, sleep improved and the urea smell lessened. Almost like magic. I've been taking 2 capsule a day for hair fall that was extreme!!! The first thing I noticed is nail growth but also stopped hair fall. My hair seems healthier and maybe not quite as gray. I have Lupus and it also seems slightly improved as well as a slight improvement of my 57 year old skin. Just upped my dose to 3 per day. I do wish this was a little less expensive.
