My callers can hear me, loud and clear. The price is amazing for such great quality and craftsmanship, too. So comfortable to wear for 9 hours a day. I just plugged it into my desktop phone and it worked! You get extra sizes just in case you need to try other phone jack sizes. I didn’t need the other sizes, but they are there for your convenience. Highly recommended if you need a headset with a very fair price. Thanks to the seller and company who made them.

I have tried replacing my headset previously, from the big box store but this one is definitely better, all around. My callers can hear me, loud and clear. The price is amazing for such great quality and craftsmanship, too. So comfortable to wear for 9 hours a day. I just plugged it into my desktop phone and it worked! You get extra sizes just in case you need to try other phone jack sizes. I didn’t need the other sizes, but they are there for your convenience. Highly recommended if you need a headset with a very fair price. Thanks to the seller and company who made them.

I've been using it for over a month now so I feel like I can write a decent review on it. I have this on my head (on and off) from 7am to 2pm Mon through Fri and I have not one complaint in fact I really like it. I almost bought one at Staples for $75 and I'm glad I didn't. This one is comfortable on my head and around my ears, it's lightweight, and it's easy to figure out. I like the on & off switch feature. The one thing that I'm curious about is the bendable mouth piece- I feel like if I keep moving it back and forth eventually it will misshapen or break a wire inside. I don't know, I could be making that up. But I highly recommend this to anyone who has to be hands free at a desk at work.
