Solder Fume Extractor Remover Fan ESD Smoke Absorber Safe Smog Prevention Fan with 6 Carbon Filters for Desktop Welding Working

No instructions, and no obvious way to attach filers...ended up using binder clips to hold the filter on. seems to suck smoke/ fumes away from me when soldering stained glass , so basically works as advertised.

Seems like a heavy and sturdy fan, but my solder fumes went up vertical even though they were right next to the fan. Even though it has a US 110V style plug, it is actually a 220V motor. Perhaps it would provide enough suction if powered by 220V. At least it's quiet, even though it does not seem useful.

Fan runs slow, rated for 220v so 110v only running at half speed.

no instruction and no on off switch that I can find, just a large quiet case fan and some carbon filters over sized that you get to poke a hole in to attach it.

This is an awful piece of machinery. I feel bad for leaving this review but I work with resin and it has chemical fumes. This can did not even blow hard enough to circulate air through it. It wouldn't even suck a sticky note to it. Please do not settle for this because when using chemicals for art you need something that works. They were really nice about refunding me my money. This might be good for light art paints or something with little to no fumes but definitely not for something that puts off strong odors. I paid 3 bucks less and got an amazingly better one.

1. Fan motor is designed for 220/240V ac. When run at US standard 110V ac, it produces barely noticeable suction.2. No on/off swich! Very inconvenient.3. No easy way to mount supplied filters.4. Plan to return product.

Did not work out of the box. Ground wires are exposed. Just sits there and lightly vibrates. This product should not be available to the public.
