Great taste, mild but intense. I use this with creatine, resveratrol, and grass fed butter in my dark roast in the morning. The boost to the metabolism seems to be working in this late 70’s body. Definitely helps with workouts. I recommend it highly. . Review: Healthier, More Expensive, Different Taste - Ceylon Cinnamon is the "real" cinnamon and contains compounds that have proven health benefits for diabetics and others. Common Cinnamon is a different, more common variety and is usually what you find in the supermarket. It has much lower concentrations of the beneficial compounds and a high level of others that can be problematic. Cinnamon is an essential ingredient in my 6-cup-a-day coffee addiction. I decided to switch to the Ceylon variety after extensive research into its medical benefits. Outside of the medical, here are the differences: 1. It has a different taste. Not as strong and a bit dry. Less flavorful. 2. It has a much finer grind than the common cinnamon I am used to and is dustier. 3. It is harder to find and more expensive. It is reasonable in bulk. 4. I am getting used to it, and I believe that it is very beneficial to switch if you are a regular user. ## Features - Versatile Spice for Multiple Uses: An incredibly versatile spice that enhances meats, curries, teas, baked goods and drinks including lattes and hot chocolate - Premium Sourcing: Sourced from Sri Lanka, the home of authentic Ceylon cinnamon - Distinctive Flavor Profile: Sweeter, yet lighter and more delicate flavor than Cassia cinnamon, with an almost-floral aroma - Simple Storage Requirements: Store in a cool, dark place with refrigeration not required - Pure Organic Quality: Made with 100% organic Ceylon cinnamon powder with no additives, non-GMO, and free from artificial ingredients ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07MHX96HW | | Allergen Information | Allergen-Free | | Brand | FGO | | Brand Name | FGO | | Coin Variety 1 | Cinnamon | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 11,162 Reviews | | Diet Type | Plant Based, Vegan, Vegetarian | | Flavor | Ceylon Cinnamon | | Item Form | Powder | | Item Package Weight | 0.48 kg | | Item Weight | 16 ounces | | Manufacturer | Feel Good Organics | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Part Number | FGO-CEYL-PWD-1600 | | Produce Sold As Format | Pre-packaged | | Recommended Uses For Product | Alertness, Energy, Heart Health, Weight Loss | | Size | 16 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Organic | | UPC | 850055500617 | | Unit Count | 16 Ounce | | Variety | Cinnamon | ## Product Details - **Brand:** FGO - **Item Form:** Powder - **Specialty:** Organic - **Unit Count:** 16 Ounce - **Variety:** Cinnamon ## Images ![Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, 16oz Pure Sri Lanka Cinnamon for Spice & Seasoning, Great for Baking, Cooking, & Drinks, Additive Free, Non-GMO (Pack of 1) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71+eHCcdwhL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this ceylon powder or cinnamon sticks? The product says its ceylon powder but all the reviews are saying its not ceylon and its sticks** A: Hi - This is Brad, founder of Feel Good Organics. We sell two types of Cinnamon. One product is Ceylon Cinnamon Powder from Sri Lanka. The other product is Korintje Cinnamon Sticks (Cassia Cinnamon) from Indonesia. Hope that helps! --- Brad Harbach Founder Feel Good Organics **Q: Is this 100% ceylon cinnamon, guarateed to be ceylon cinnamon, like don't bs me, this is really ceylon and, we, fgo, qa check it to be ceylon?** A: We purchase our Ceylon Cinnamon through a reputable supplier we have been working with for years. The Ceylon has been identity tested by an HPLC machine in our lab and we can assure it is 100% Ceylon cinnamon with no additives or fillers. We lab test every batch of our Ceylon cinnamon. **Q: I don’t see this in the usda organic database. can you tell me who certifies for you to use the usda organic logo? i want to buy but safety 1st.** A: FGO products are certified by the Non-GMO Project Verified company and USDA organic, and we would not be able to use those badges without permission. You may go to the websites of the Non GMO project (https://www.nongmoproject.org/) and CCOF Organic (https://www.ccof.org/) to learn more about the standard and what is required for a product to be certified. **Q: Is this product tested for lead?** A: Hi! All of our products are tested for nutritional’s, microbials, and heavy metals, including lead. While it is not in our policy to share test results, we find that most of our products are well below the Prop 65 limit. Some of our products contain naturally occurring heavy metals that are borderline with the California Prop 65 limit or just slightly higher. In that case, a Prop 65 warning will be included on the label of the package. Thank you! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Real cinnamon!! *by A***R on October 1, 2026* This is the bomb!!
