what is the diameter of the doll head, will it fit other dolls?

It's about 4.25" front to back, and 3.5-3.75" side to side. It fits all of our baby dolls...the largest doll we have is a regular size American girls doll...fits bitty baby too. It's very cute, we love it.

Does this fit the my sweet love baby doll?

Don't know this doll, but it didn't fit the bikes, which was more the problem.

Will this fit the Baby Alive doll?

The helmet fits the America girl doll just right. I believe the Baby Alive Doll has a bigger head. It might fit a smaller baby alive doll but not the original size.
