She found that the pillow helped prop her head up at a slightly different angle without pushing her forward.The pillow setup was very easy and held in place after a half hour bath. The pillow also dried fairly quickly, being fully dry after 6 hours of hanging in our bathroom.One thing my wife did point out however, was those with bigger shoulders could feel the suction cups through the pillow.
