The Best 50 Biscotti Recipes Paperback – November 1, 1995

I enjoyed making biscotti from the various recipes in this small book!!

I called a friend for a chocolate biscotti recipe and she read off the recipe in this book. She then told me about the book. I found it online for a few dollars. Good little book. Since I cannot find good biscotti where I live, as I find in the wonderful Italian bakeries in my home state of Rhode Island, I have to make them myself. Just like Italian bread. What is called Italian bread out here on the Plains of Nebraska, IS NOT ITALIAN BREAD. Rhode Island has the BEST Italian bakeries in the country---barr nunn, pilgrim!!!! If you want multiple biscotti recipes, this is the little book for you. Highly recommend.

This purchase was my third copy of The Best 50 Biscotti Recipes. Every time I bake and share, someone is begging for the recipe. I started giving the book as a gift to my family members. What I like the best about these recipes is they are just the beginning. You get good Biscotti but also good ideas to mix up some flavors and make a totally different flavor. The tiny book is packed with recipes including a few other Italian favorites like Italian Pine Nut, Amaretti, Venetian Cornmeal and St. Joseph's Cream Puffs. Good Stuff!

This book arrived exactly on the date that it was expected to. I was surprised to see how tiny the book was. But, despite it's size, this book has wonderful recipes inside. So far I have made about 1/3 of the biscotti recipes, making sure I try a new recipe each time, and in the order that the book was written. I have not been dissapointed yet, and neither is my husband. We have always loved Biscotti, and have purchased a variety over the years, but nothing tastes as good as the ones I've made from scratch in this book, especially since they are eaten fresh. I would recommend this book.

I had been toying with purchasing this book for awhile. I was given an Amazon giftcard at Christmas so decided to get this book. I love biscotti but I have never made any so I was looking forward to it. And looking and looking. It was shipped to me from another country and took forever. That is the one thing that I was not too happy about. Now, the book itself is nice and packed with recipes. I'm not disappointed at all with the book, just the serve time that it took for it to get to me!

I was looking for more basic recipes but this will be fine when I decide to expand my horizons.

Creative and different recipes

When I received this book...er uh...booklet, I was disapponted at its size. It's a little larger than a standard index card and half as thin as my nano. But I was relieved to find that is does contain many good biscotti recipes. I've made the coconut, and next I'm going for the orange-chocolate.
