Be careful with charger/hoverboard
Bought the charger for my niece’s hoverboard since they had lost the other one. My sister plugged it up and within 10 minutes her laundry room was engulfed in flames. We don’t know if it was the charger or hoverboard that started fire. If your have a Hover 1 hoverboard please be careful with them. Waiting to hear back from investigators. House is a total loss.

Doesn't charge JETSON hoverboards
This does not charge the JETSON brans hoverboard. We have 2 Jetson hoverboards and This charger plugged into it fine & even displayed the light on the hoverboard that indicated it was charging, but after several hours of it supposedly charging, the hoverboard was still dead. We thought we got a bad charger, so we bought another one and again the same thing happened. So, we ended up buying a charger from the JETSON company website.

Charger does works
My daughter lost her charger for her Sisigad hover board so I bought this (after reading the reviews I was so nervous) but we needed a charger & the manufacturer no longer makes 3 prong chargers so I took my chances & thankfully it charges her hover board & we haven’t had any issues with it over heating or over heating the hover board. I only keep it on the charger when I’m awake & keep an eye on it. Just incase! Otherwise, at night or when we are not home, I completely unplug the charger from the wall. Just be careful & use common sense when charging.
