I have been researching Selenium and have decided that my initial purchase of Solgar is the best option.For whatever reason you take it, it is best to take 100mcg twice a day. This type is the most absorbable and free of fillers and garbage. It stinks because it's made from NATURAL stinky stuff. I like that it's in a glass jar and not poisonous plastic! Can't beat the price either. Take a low dose of Vitamin E daily as well to help absorb the Selenium.
