Perfect for my recorder not a Sony.

Product came sealed in what appeared to be a factory packaging,however I was listening to something I had recorded and I had only used have the tape.All of a sudden tese two different voices came on. One was a young boy and the other a man.He was doing a test check a few times and the boy was making jokes. Both were a few minutes apart and in the middle of the tape. SO VERY ODD. It did not state the product was refurbished and did not appear to be but again very strange. I wonder if I recorded over anything else without knowing.

Yes, I'm old school. So what? These work great in my analog life. Gives me a "hard copy" of whatever I recorded. It's easy: load the tape in, record (can record on both sides), remove from machine, label it, out tape back in the protective case and put it somewhere safe. NOTE: THESE ONLY WORK IN ANALOG MICRO RECORDERS. DON'T TRY TO JAM THEM INSIDE A DIGITAL RECORDER. (Seems silly to have to say this but there will be someone, somewhere, who tries this.)

These are not the right size for the sony dcr hc52 digital video recorder like I was reading they were. The cassettes are too small and wont fit. I'll still give the product a 5 star review because they will probably work just fine with whatever they are supposed to work with.

these are not as good as the memorex tapes I had before too much tape noise
