5" SINK THINGS FLAT BATHTUB SINK DRAIN STOPPER

Not too much to say here. It covers the drain and prevents water from getting out of the tub. I do wish it were a little more flexible because our hair catcher is convex and it doesn't seal as firmly over the hair catcher.

My shower was custom designed and has a cement type floor with a flat metal grated type drain cover. This stopper fits perfectly over the drain cover but because of the gritty cement shower floor it doesn't adhere as well as it would if the shower floor was a smoother material. Wouldn't recommend for rough surfaces.

Cheap and Effective, what more can you ask for! I don't think you can go wrong with this if you want a cost effective way to address an old leaking bath drain.

Bought this to replace a drain stopper in our camper. Works like a charm and would recommend to others. It is rather large though.

The original bathtub in our antique home has a flat drain with no operating drain cover, so this type of flat drain cover is exactly what we've been using for the past 30+ years. We don't use that tub much anymore - it's mainly for guests - but I just bought another of these because the last one was misplaced. I might also try using it in my Jacuzzi, because the drain cover there seems to have just a slow trickle of water passing through.

I'm glad i found this product, because there was no sink stopper when I moved into my apartment. However, the seal is not very strong: You have to be careful not to shift it in the sink to avoid dislodging it.

Does its job well, but becomes a sponge for mold and turns black.

I lost my drain stop in my apartment and I've never bought a drain stop before. The one I had was metal and clunky.. water still crept through some holes so it wasn't perfect, but I didn't know any better. Long story short, I needed to find a replacement. I saw this, read the reviews, and then realized it makes perfect sense. This is a one size fits all solution for any drain. The pressure of the water will force this to keep the hole sealed. It's one of the best purchases I've made as an adult lol
