Cream horns
I have used these many times and I love them. I spray them with Pam before use or they will stick to your dough. They clean very easily and the little brush gets off what doesnβt just wipe off . Very satisfied with this purchase.

One of my favorite authors describes a dessert called passion cones in a book. It doesn't say much about what they are but I decided to make a recipe as I imagined them with pastry puff cones, whipped cream, and raspberry compote. I got these cones to help make them and they worked pretty well! The puff pastry cooked well, it wasn't hard to remove the cones, and while there were a few spots I needed to scrub mostly the pastries came off cleanly. The hardest part was separating them initially, I needed pliers for a few. Would recommend.
