I got this for my 3 year old and 5 year old. I really like this gel, it’s not too sticky or too harsh. I wish it would have a little bit of hold to it. This gel definitely will not hold style, so if u wanted to spike your kids hair up, this is not going to do that but it does tame it. My boys wake up with crazy hair sticking out from everywhere and I put this gel on their hair and brush it and it looks nice and neat but after about 30 minutes later the gel dries and hair style goes away but it does keep their hair down and decent so it really does help with the frizzy hair.

I love how this hair gel smells, and when my son was younger (under 2) with finer hair, it worked great for his short, spikey hair. Now that he's older and his hair is getting thicker (3.5yrs old), it doesn't hold up his hair, as well. I still use it because the smell is intoxicating, but I have to mix it with other pomades/ waxes and/or hairspray in order to get his hair to style the way I want. It is nice because it's light and not greasy; wears really well - doesn't build up and get gunky. Would probably be good for non-spikey/Mohawk type styles- maybe combing hair to the side? Like I said, though, the smell alone makes it worth mixing in. I've even used it on my hair to accentuate curls.

Hey, I'm a sap for trying interesting new beauty products (well, new to me anyway). I know this is generally marketed as for children's hair, but I have curly hair that needs a little something extra to keep the curls from wilting, but not give me that horrible crunchy texture. Crunch is for fried chicken, not hair! This gel is really wonderful and smells divine, similar to coconut. It doesn't feel sticky on your hair, it will give just enough added body to keep the droops away, and if you want to brush or comb it out, it's light enough that you can do so without thinking you're pulling your precious hairs off your head. Don't you just hate that, when you've used hair gel, then you want a softer look later in the day, you brush your hair and sheesh -- why are all those hairs in my brush? I haven't had any problems with flakes like another reviewer, but everyone's hair is different, as well as the amount of gel we use. I think if you try just one tube of this you'll fall in love with it. The seller isn't overcharging for what is considered a high-end hair gel, so kudos for that too. Aw, go ahead, you know you want to!

Not enough hold. Very watery formula for gel.Not worth the money.

Says it is for Babies, but I love it for my hair. I am an older male. It is the only hair gel I have used for the last 7 years. No odor, no sticky feeling, no grease, just a nice finish to my hair

I was excited to try this on my baby because it's gentle for his little hair but as soon as it arrived I opened it and gently squeezed and it literally popped open so most of the gel came out. I used the little amount left in there and saved the rest in a sealed container but it didn't last on my little one's hair too long. I also noticed tiny little white spots after it dried. I don't know if this was because the bottle popped or if this is how the product is.

I love this gel because its ingredients! Now I'm giving it 4 and not 5 stars because the hold is very light. I use it on my 21 month old daily so it's very important to me that it isn't full of harsh chemicals. I first started using it on him when he was 9 months and at the time he had a Mohawk and it held up. His hair's a bit longer now, about 3-4 inches on top, it manages for a little while but then his hair's messy again. This product smells great, doesn't flake, and isn't sticky. I recommend it if you're looking for something light, natural, and safe for everyday use
