Oklahoma Joe's 5279338P04 Stainless Steel Offset Smoker Charcoal Firebox Basket, Silver

Loving this product. Help with cleaning out ashes during a long smoke session. Been using it for about a year it material is still lasting. No rust.

It fit my Oklahoma Joe smoker perfectly. I've used it several times and other than some slight warping it's been a great product.

I bought this to use in my smoker and it works great. This helps me with the set it and forget it practice. Now I don't need to respond as often for temperature fluctuation. I can stack the box with what I want to use to smoke with and it runs great. The materials are sturdy and the assembly was easy enough. I set it up on the floor of my living room with my kids' help. Some crisp edges to be aware of, but they are not razor sharp. Obviously, it has discolored after being exposed to the heat, but there hasn't been any warping or any sort of metal fatigue. I wish it were a little bit larger as some of the precut wood that I purchase from local sources is about a 1/2" to 1" too long for the box. The easy fix is just to push the edge of the box out, it will bulge slightly and place the wood inside of it. Or, you can use a miter saw to lop 1" off the end. So far no issues and no flaws, I am glad I went with this. It makes smoking that much easier.

I've had this basket for close to a year now, and I'm pretty happy with it so far. I've burned quite a few fires in it, and it's held up pretty well. Assembly was quick and easy, and it's the perfect size for my Highland firebox. It has warped a little bit after so much use, making it difficult to get in/out of the firebox at times, but that's to be expected. When my current one wears out, I'll definitely buy another.

One of the best upgrades I've bought

Purchased this for my Oklahoma Joe’s Barrel Hitch smoker. Assembly was easy. Very sturdy and holds a lot of charcoal. Once again, Oklahoma Joe’s created another quality product. Would definitely buy again, and highly recommend getting this for your offset smoker.

I bought mine back August of 2019, bought couple other grills so didn’t use my Oklahoma Bandera vertical smoker until April 2026 and it still works amazingly! Highly recommend 🤠

Works great. Charcoal and good sized wood chunks are contained resulting in really good burn and easily controlled temperature.

Fits perfect into my firebox and excellent quality

Well-made and as advertised, very happy with this item

ممتاز كان جيد ولكن أشعر أني لم أكون أحتاجه بتلك الضرورة أي أني يستطيع الاستغناء عنه واقوم بتشغيل مدخنة على الشكل المطلوب
