A really nice-looking tree
I've had artificial trees my whole life (I'm allergic to pine) and this is definitely the nicest tree I've purchased. Here are my thoughts: The 9 foot tree has 4 sections and it took me about 1.5 hours to put it together and fluff all the branches this first time. I anticipate it will be faster in future years because the few issues I had with light strings preventing certain branches from falling into place have been corrected. Also, when the tree gets put away at the end of the season, I'm never able to compress the branches back to original packaging shape. So, fluffing won't be the same job next year. The branches are very full and it fluffed up nicely as I went along. The photos I added show each layer after fluffing. Be sure to watch the video for the easiest way to do one layer segment at a time. Without tying back the upper layers it would have been a lot more difficult. This is my first season with the tree and all the lights are working. There are two branches that have some fibers hanging - these are the fibers that connect the smaller branches to one another- and this is the type of wear normally associated with an older tree. But it was minor and on the lowest section so not a big deal to me. If there were more branches with hanging fibers I would have asked for a replacement. Other than this small defect, the tree appears to be very sturdy, the branch sections move stiffly/firmly and hold in place well. The lights are well spread out- I didn't see any noticeable dim spots. I took a couple photos with light behind the tree so you can see the general fullness of the branches. Real trees do have places where you can see thru a little and I like that this tree has that also, making it appear more realistic. Once the ornaments and garland are on, any small gaps were even less apparent. One tip- we opted to affix our tree topper to the uppermost section before placing this section on the tree. Even with an appropriate sized ladder, this was helpful because the base of the tree extends out so far. My only negative - the lowest branches are very low. There isn't much room for gifts directly underneath the tree. In the past, with older artificial trees, we've simply removed the bottom rung of branches and this alleviated the issue. With the hinged branches, this is not an option. Overall, I love this tree. It was a good value for a very nice-looking tree that I hope will last for a bunch of years.

This tree is pretty real looking
We've owned several artificial Christmas trees; our first being the most expensive at $800. This was a nice surprise as the price for this 6-1/2' tree was great and the quality pretty impressive. The tree assembles easily. The art to getting an impressive looking tree is all in the 'fluffing' of the branches as each branch has been flattened from the shipping carton. Wear a thin pair of gloves to protect hands as they'll get slightly irritated after brushing against hundreds of imitation needles. Starting at the bottom branches, separate all the small limbs from the main branch, working from the trunk outward. I point the first 5-6 small branches backwards toward the trunk which helps to fill in the center of the tree. The rest of the branches go left, right, up, and down. Again, this is done to create a fullness for the tree. The lights at the branch tips should be showcased like a beautiful flower. If a light is pointing backward or upset down, gently twist the branch tip so that the light faces upward or out. Gently twist the other tips to the sides and below the light. I typically take a good 2 hours to do this as I love a full tree. For me, this is better than the alternative mess of setting up a real tree and stringing it with lights. Photos show the completed tree along with a closeup into the branches. As stated earlier, the secret to a great artificial tree is in the fluffing of the branches and filling in those airy spaces that let the light thru. My husband and I both stated that this tree was pretty real looking. The only con right now is that the top branch extends a good 5" upward which accounts for 5" of the tree's 6-1/2' height. Plus, the wire on that branch is not reinforced which makes it wobbly with the topper. Be aware that this is a common problem with every artificial tree I've bought. I will probably bend it in half to reinforce it. Had I remembered this problem, I would have purchased the 7-1/2' tree as that would have the same con, required the same solution.

Do NOT waste your money, tree is trash, warranty is useless too!
We bought this tree in the summer because our previous Christmas tree had seen better days, so we got rid of it when we took it down after Christmas. We wanted to be sure we didn’t forget to order another before the next Christmas season, so I placed the order for this tree in July. When I opened the box and set it up for the first time a couple months later, the top section of lights didn’t work. I called on the warranty and the only resolution customer service would offer was to send me a few strands of lights to replace myself. If I wanted to light my own tree, I would have bought an unlit one. Before the end of that holiday, another section of the tree had no functioning lights. We replaced those ourselves knowing that customer service and the warranty were a joke. The following year more lights quit after we had already set up the tree, so we lived with a partially lit tree the rest of that season. The third year we had the tree, after relighting nearly the entire tree ourselves, the entire last section the only one that had not yet been replaced, quit working. It wasn’t a situation where a fuse could be replaced. We checked everything each time. In the end, we had the tree for three years and not one time did we ever get to enjoy the full experience of the prelit tree we paid good money for. Customer service was terrible. I will never buy a tree from this company again.

Stunning!
Had a “viral tree” for last 3 years and just wasn’t happy. Too many lights and tons of bare spots. Bought this last year as a gift to myself and just set it up for the first time today. Absolutely stunning. Just enough lights, no bare spots, full and great quality. Loved how there were so many stems between the ends and the trunk to fill in. Says it takes 45-60 min to fluff. Well I must be picky because it took me about 4 hours. Well worth the time and energy

Just finished setting up the 6.5 foot tree right out of the box. It took about 1.5-2 hours to spread out all the branches. I put on a Christmas film while I was doing it and time flew. The result is well worth it. The tree looks full and beautiful. I’m happy with my purchase. There maybe could be a few more lights, but once the tree is decorated it won’t be as noticeable. Check out the instructional video from the manufacturer on the Amazon product page for the best way to spread out the branches and make the tree look its best. It helped me a lot. Merry Christmas everyone!

Bought it after Christmas last year and just put it up. When we first put it together we were disappointed because it seemed to have a lot of empty spaces. Once the branches were opened and “fluffed” it was great.

The tree itself was great. It was a bit too large for the space so it was returned. My elderly parents returned it and it was confirmed received 2 days later than their 30 day return so despite having the product the company has refused a refund. Have reached out several times and they will not refund even though they have it back within 32 days. Very disappointing as I would have donated the tree to someone instead of having my parents return it had I known I would not be reimbursed. Good product, not a good company to order from as zero flexibility.

We bought the tree in 2020 , light were ok up to 2022, just about past the warranty (light warranty is only 2 years) Last year top of 4 section didn’t light up, follow up the instruction and after 2 hours manage to fixed 3 out 4. This year 3 top section again not lighting up, very frustrated and disappointed , This tree is not worth the money they asking for.

I love the shape of the tree, but it doesn’t look anything like the photo. The one I received is not full at all and has large spaces between the branches. I think I may have received the wrong tree. So disappointed.
