We have a pool in the backyard and a sliding door that goes to the yard. We have the “safety latch” style door but I wanted additional peace of mind and to easy my anxiety when our niece comes to visit. She loves swimming in the pool This is perfect to alert me if the door gets opened when the home alarm isn’t set. Alarm sounds immediately when opened and loud enough to hear from other rooms in the house. Will use the others for our outdoor side gates & any windows that aren’t connected to our ADT monitoring. Great price and quality!

This alarm has been such a life saver for my family. I have young children that are very curious autistic children and found myself looking for a preventative solution for them to deter them from opening doors or windows. This was the solution alerting me if they have. With this high pitched alarm it has been a relief to know how safe they are because of it. The remote control is simple, a click on and off to arm or disarm. The noise and movement is very sensitive which is the most convenient. It is sensitive of any kind on or around the surface it’s placed on. It is easy to use and to install on a window/door. The portability makes it pretty universal. Great for small children may not if you have a taller child it may not be effective if they understand how to turn it on and off and can reach if placed on tops of windows or doors.

I absolutely love these alarms. My attached video does not give it justice as it is louder in person. I needed to replace my one alarm that broke because it had an attached wire to a 9V battery that came off. These alarms are super easy to install as all you have to do is peel the cover on the sticky tape and attach were you need it. I am super excited that I am replacing the one clunky alarm and I am getting six in return with this pack. I really need the extra security because I have a four-year-old boy who is autistic and he started to open the garage door and other doors exiting our home. These alarms also come with their batteries in place and they have an on and off switch. I also like that when you close the door (magnets meet) the alarm immediately turns off unlike my original clunky alarm that does not have and on and off switch and does not turn off when The magnets meet you have to press a button on it for it to shut off and sometimes that takes long if you have your hands full.

Good product for the price. Easy to use and very loud. I used 3 immediately and they worked fine. I am giving it a 3 because it requires 3-4 batteries (can't remember the exact number now) - so battery replacement may cost more than the product. When I tried to use the two unused ones, about one year later, they kept falling off. The adhesive loss some of its stickiness i guess.

We only needed one of these, and let me tell you, they are LOUD. We have since not had the need for these, but I gave a couple away to my neighbors at my old place before we moved out. Definitely helped ease my anxiety at night, since I lived in a part of town where people would check car & apartment doors to see if they were unlocked. I recommend these, only if you're prepared for how loud they are lol. I can't say I've tested the longevity of them, but they held up for the couple months that we needed them for. Also, it was easy to remove the sticky part from the door, and didn't damage it when we moved out (just gotta be careful + patient when removing).

These are excellent tools for security! The alarm is so so loud and would absolutely scare anyone off. We had a broken window in the basement and before we got it fixed this worked wonderfully to put our minds at ease. Now I have them on the sliding glass doors when we go to bed. Highly recommend!
