Pretty good
Product as described when arrived . The one lid was broken when I received it but it’s fine, probably could have used better shipping material to avoid the breakage. I’ve used this brand before but for some reason this stuff takes hair off unevenly. I still have patches of hair , which I’m not used to. Maybe the formula has changed .

Easy to use! I have to leave it on a little longer than 10 min for my legs but otherwise super easy to use.

No wax for me
I absolutely love this product, just not the smell. I've never been a big fan of shaving, takes too long. The pain of waxing is too unbearable and that's why I rub this lotion on, get in the shower and let the hair wash off. I use it to neaten my eyebrows, rid sideburns and lip hair with no problem.

I think I need extra extra sensitive
I’ve tried it several times now to make sure it wasn’t user error. The three minutes isn’t long enough and ten minutes burns me. I wanted less ingrown hairs and I think this is a bit better than that but the painful burning feeling for a day… sucks.
