I tried a more expensive nail clipper that claimed it was very sharp, but was very difficult to use and left my cat with hangnails. I decided to get this one to try it out, and it works perfectly. Combined with a (separately purchased) $15 grooming bag, this ultimately saved me lots of money and time because I can clip both of my cats' nails at home and don't have to deal with stressing them out by taking them to the groomer or the vet for nail clipping. My cats are extremely resistant to any kind of nail clipping, hence the need for the grooming bag. All in all, these are good and sharp nail clippers. Highly recommend. They even come with a nail clipping guide in PDF format if you are unsure how to do it.

This nail clipper is wonderful. It really cuts cleanly, smoothly, easily, leaving no rough edges. My fingers loved the easy-to-grip finger holes and notched outer area where your finger rests. It gives the Clipper holding the clipper a good grip so there's no slippage that leads to miscuts and a freaked-out cat. Literally, our temperamental cat was absolutely relaxed while I clipped all ten claws!!! That is a first!!! These clippers are designed well, and they are sharp! Thank you!!!

Best nail clippers I have ever purchased!! The only reason I am buys another pair, is because I want one upstairs and one downstairs. Definitely worth the money as I bought my last pair in 2019 and they are still sharp and cut smoothly. I highly recommend them for you cat or small dog.

Purchased these to our pet's nails. They were delivered in a timely manned. We received an ebook with information. They are easy to use and quite sharp. The scissors profile is much easier than previous clippers I have used. The handle is small and might be difficult if you have very large hands. Using these made the process of clipping the nails quite fast and easy, even for beginners with no previous pet experience. Would recommend and purchase again, but hoping these last a long time.

These are the best scissors we've ever used on our two cats' nails. They cut a nice, straight, clean cut and it takes us less than half the time to cut their nails with them, than it has with any other scissors or clippers we've tried.. I can't recommend them enough and after twelve years, I've become a bit of an expert on cat's nails. We bought our two cats from a reputable breeder - or that's what they said. It didn't take us long to figure out that they hadn't been socialized and as such, had never been brushed, had their nails cut, or been with people. The Vet first cut their nails and naturally, she did it with no problems. She said they had never had their nails cut before. She recommended a large clipper like she used and she said I should hold the cat and my husband should cut their nails the next time their nails needed to be cut. That was easier said than done! Our female has pointy nails and a high quick and naturally, the second time we cut her nails, my husband cut into her quick. After that, neither of them wanted to have their nails cut and my usually decisive husband, tried all kinds of scissor and clippers before settling on a lousy pair that I thought just crushed their nails, and didn't cut them. This time, I looked around and bought these scissors instead and I'm so glad I did. He didn't mind trying them and they cut a nice quick, straight cut in less than half the time it took us to cut their nails in the past. My only regret is that I didn't find these gems sooner. And just to make them more attractive, after purchase, the company sends you two booklets; one on cutting cats' nails and one on cat first aid. They are a first-rate company and I highly recommend them!

I haven’t had to do this yet, but these look perfect for trimming my cockatiel’s little toe nails on the rare occasions that they need it!

Finally a pair of clippers that work on my dog. I have a chihuahua and he is terrified of having his nails trimmed, these are quick and painless, easy to maneuver and he doesnt freak out when they touch his nails like a majority of other clippers I've tried. Very sharp, very efficient. My only thing would be the price, it's a bit high for such a small pair of basic clippers.

I love these nail clippers. The size is perfect for both my chihuahuas paws I have tried other nail clippers before and they were way to big and I did not feel comfortable using them on my chihuahuas. These are perfect for small dogs I will definitely order a second pair.
