I've been using this for 2 months now and wasn't crazy about the taste as it wasn't as sweet as what I was using. Now I love it and I only mix with water. Even though the other one was about the same calories, it left me bloated. This one does not and I've lost weight. I haven't put on any more muscle size but losing some weight my muscles are more defined. I would've given it 5 stars but the price is high and one container only gives 15 servings.

This was my first time trying a protein powder so I was not sure what to expect. It took me a few days to get the consistency and taste where I wanted it and I was hungrier than usual the first three days. After a week and trying the powder with coconut milk and water...I settled on mixing with just water, ice and half a banana. The taste was phenomenal and actually tasted like a frosty from wendys...I also felt full throughout the day. So, give it about a week and experiment with the recipes and he company sends prior to receiving your shipment to find the perfect blend for yourself. It wasn't chalky, there was a bit of an after taste but the banana took that right away!

I’ve been drinking this shake for a couple of months and I’m really impressed. I drink two shakes a day and exercise by walking and doing yoga. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far. I’m not hungry during the day when I have the shakes and I love the flavor. I eat a normal dinner and absolutely do not cheat on this diet. No sweets or desserts, just a regular dinner. I make sure I drink plenty of water. This shake really works!

idk if it's imagined or not, but i will say i feel a significant difference in my energy level and general mood when i drink this stuff. i have multiple sclerosis so fatigue is a big problem for me. i tried invigor8 and actually had an easier time getting out of bed in the morning after just a couple of days. i mix the vanilla shake with spinach, strawberries and soy milk for breakfast. it is satisfying and holds me until late lunch. also had the chocolate shake with raspberries and honey which is very good. i have been drinking the same shakes without invigor8 for years and never had this kind of result. despite the improvements, i decided it cost way too much and there isn't any "scientific data" to support it so i took a break to try other products for a few months. i literally got to the point of craving invigor8 because nothing else could even come close! i highly highly recommend this stuff.

I've been taking VegaOne meal replacement shakes for years but thought I'd try something else. INVIGOR8 was in a Men's Health I was reading and saw huge reviews on Amazon, so I thought I'd try it. I eat high good fat, protein and low carbs as my usual diet and often do mild fasting in the morning, with a meal replacement shake as my start to the day. This product just didn't make me feel as full as the VegaOne I was used to and after it wore off, my hunger came back with a vengeance, vs. a slow creep to hunger I feel with my other meal replacement shake. Just my opinion.

From the couch potato who occasionally works out, I love making Invigor8 shakes. For the past two years, BRL Sports Nutrition has provided quick and reliable service. Unlike other choco dust shake mixes that leaves your mouth with that lingering what did I just consume flavor, Invigor8 provides chocolate goodness. So the price is a smidge high, a little hard to take that leap for couch to workout... once you take a chance you'll understand why its worth every penny and recommended in health magazines.

I have used Nutritional shakes for years. They have always had a very unpleasant after taste. You don't get that with Invigor8 at all. It is delicious! And it works as advertised. I have lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks and I haven't had the cravings that usually come with dieting. Great job BRL!

This tastes really ...really good. I add a little cinnamon and about 4 ice cubes and I do use my Vita-Mix even though one wouldn't need too. I will re-order. I purchased both the Chocolate and the Vanilla. I like the Vanilla a wee bit more. But truly like them both. I would add however, that for me, it doesn't keep full then for about 3 hours. Then I am hungry.. But I am use to eating a good size Breakfast. So I may start using it for lunch and dinner. I would recommend this Shake. I have tried many..to numerous to mention. End up throwing them away, because I can't stand the taste.
