These were great - probably not as absorbent as I would've liked
Took these towels on our trip to Abaco, Bahamas while we chartered around the waters in a Moorings 47' power cat. Worked very well as we did not want to take big beach towels with us on the trip. These were great - probably not as absorbent as I would've liked, but maybe the whole thing with these kind of towels is you need to get them completely WET first, wring out, then dry yourself off? Either way, they worked fine, and helped keep you a little warm from the cooler weather we had a few days, especially after snorkeling.

Packs a lot of usefulness into a small package; impress your hitchhiker friends.
“A towel, [The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy] says, is about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have."Although this packs very small, unfurled it is bigger than a mere towel; it's more like a bath sheet. It's big enough for quite a big guy to wrap around his waist, or to conceal a small group from the ravenous bugblatter beast of Traal. It absorbs water well like a towel should, and dries quickly, even in its convenient little stuff sack. Speaking of that, it's nice to be able to pack such a big towel so small; it takes up almost no room in my gym bag.About the only downside I've had so far is that its feel is not exactly what you'd call luxurious. It's like rubbing a piece of suede against your skin. But it gets the job done.I've only had it for a few weeks so I can't speak to its durability. But given that it costs under $20 and is so useful I'd be satisfied if it lasts just a few months.

Magical Towels!!!
This is an EXCELLENT product that functions exactly as described. Plenty large and absorptive enough to dry a large adult or 2 growing kiddoes --- better still, the towels actually do dry themselves in a matter of minutes! Perhaps the most amazing thing of all, though, is how beach sand shakes completely free with just a snap of the wrist. We took 4 kiddoes surfing in Costa Rica and will never again travel without these magical towels. Most definitely recommended.

My son is a swimmer and these are great for meets. Light weight and easy to pack in his bag because he never folds anything.My daughter took 2 of them to Girl Scout camp and she thought they were great to have as well. She used one for the pool and one for showers. They dry quickly in the sun and take up less room than a pair of pants in a suitcase.

Saw the REI brand travel towels and this was half the price. Bought this for my bf to take to work with him. He's a firefighter so it made it so much easier for him to pack light and quick with his other gear.
