Very good content in this book, it is more of a reference book than an actual read.

Informative but becomes common knowledge as you practice Change Management in the workplace. I enjoyed the PMBOK a but more.

Very complete information about the working tracks, anf fully aligned with the PMI

The book provides general information and guidelines and is only benificial if you are taking the change management certification. Otherwise, I don't recommend to buy it.

Found this very disappointing. It's expensive for what it is and just so generic and high-level. It's filled with so many statements of the completely obvious, such as "change projects go better when there's communication with stakeholders". Also repeats everything ad nauseam. Beam me up, Scotty.I hoped for so much more, but didn't find anything in here to improve my toolkit. Doesn't include any specific, detailed templates you can actually use on assignments. Save your money. There are much better books on change out there.
