Holy Basil 🌿 Pods.
My Click and Grow Hy Basil died before any useable leaves formed. I grown many herbs in my Click and Grow with great results. When I tried to contact Click and Grow for a replacement I got no response. Too bad this makes me think I may not want to do business with them by way of Amazon anymore. This makes me sad. 😞

These photos were taken 3 months after planting the basil seeds, which were purchased in October during peak Canadian winter. I regularly moved the plant around the house to maximize natural sunlight and watered it consistently. No additional grow light was used, though adding one could help boost growth. Overall, the basil grew well indoors despite limited winter sunlight.

1/3 of them didn't sprout at all. The other 2/3 sprouted and looked healthy for a few days, then quickly withers away

Very easy to just peel off the top seal and water each pod. Some tips I found helpful: 1) use a toothpick to break up the soil once it’s wet to properly cover the seeds so they stay moist. 2) sprinkle cinnamon on top to prevent mold or other fungal growth. 3) keep very moist until all of the seeds have sprouted otherwise they will have a hard time germinating. I also bought a grow light and keep the kit on a windowsill facing west. It’s a warm and cozy spot for the tulsi to sprout :)
