A couple oddities but so far so good
Only got the product a couple days ago, but it came fully functional unlike some others who've reviewed it. That being said, it's definitely not a perfect product and depending on how well it works over the next 2-6 months may effect this view farther. As of right now, there are 2 signs of future issues that worry me. One, both lights do not come on at the same time. Normally I wouldn't care, but the one light is delayed every time I turn it on suggesting either an odd way of wiring the chip inside it, or there is some malfunction that is continuing to occur. Another issue is holding down the time button. I remember seeing a comment saying it had an hour time feature beyond the 15 and 30 minute settings (though likely talking about the heating element which does have multiple more settings) so I held the time button down and this seems to cause a fault in the chipset. It starts to display to LO which the manual says is supposed to signify a bad AC adapter, but considering it works flawlessly if you don't hold it down even multiple uses in a row, it has to be a hardware oversight tripping fault protection. Just unplugging it and plugging it back in seems to fix it. But that doesn't make me very confident.I'll also add the fact that similar products on the market advertise taking nearly 45 minutes to kill things and that isn't a setting also is a bit concerning. Considering I bought this due to my athlete's foot rebounding twice now (likely from my shoes) making sure what I'm trying to kill is truly dead is pretty important to me. That said, this does have the added ozone effect which also kills things so that may speed up killing power, but I'm more iffy on believing that. The manual also describes how fast it should kill things and there is no way the numbers given were correct. It describes killing basically anything in less than 6 seconds of exposure. Athlete's foot in particular said 4.7 and that's one of the highest numbers on its. Considering it even has the feature to extend it to 30 minutes makes me really laugh at those numbers. No way those can be right. Also am a bit concerned by the giant bars blocking the bulb on it considering competing products don't feature these, but perhaps the ozone will really work around that. But I will give them credit. The ozone definitely does kill odors so that much about it is true but again, being tide to the limited 30 minutes makes me question how long it really takes to kill things with it. Considering competing products usually have a 1 hour feature or just run as long as you want (at the added cost of killing the bulbs faster) it is definitely something to look more into. But considering it seems to really make UV and ozone, it at least is killing something so for right now I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. But I will be watching it.

Great for Athele's Foot....
Very easy to use, didn't come with the AC adapter and does require a 2.5amp usb charger (which I already had). With the hot weather here (Florida) I would have to spray my shoes daily to prevent athele's foot. I've been using it two weeks now on the 30 minute UV light and 2 hour drying mode (daily) and have not had a recurrence of athele's foot. If this keeps up, it will save me a bundle in the long run from not having to buy cans of foot spray.

Doesn't Work
Ordered this product and it doesn't work. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I really wanted it to, but I will have to return it. The bulbs rattled and then I realized you have to screw them in. Once I did, they did "activate", but one bulb didn't glow at all and the other bulb glowed for 2 seconds and then never came back on.

One bulb does not work, straight out of the box
sounds like product often is delivered with only one bulb. Shut box companies like this should be seeded out, in my opinion.Company never responded to ... Can you send me a replacement bulb please. I just received my order. Either one bulb does not work or there is something wrong with the unit. I believe it's the bulb since the one bulb works in either socket.

Does not work with American electric power
I think this sanitiser is made for European outlets with a higher voltage and electric power. I have tried all possible adaptors I could find and only one lamp lit up for about 3 seconds - the same problem as other reviewers had. I think the seller needs to provide a magic adapter (if one exists in this world) together with the product so people don't have this problem anymore.

Don't waste the money! Buy one from your podiatrist instead.
This product never worked. Bulbs wouldn't come on or anything. I even set the process and timers several times over the course of a few hours, still nothing.Unfortunately, I missed my return window due to the pandemic and now I'm stuck with this worthless product.I needed this because of a fungus on my big toe. The one the podiatrist was selling was 3x as much, hence why I bought this one. I guess you get what you pay for.

It works for shoe odor
I’ve been using this for a week or two and it does work. I have a problem with sweaty feet and it does remove the odor from the shoes. The only thing is one of shoe inserts delays in starting like it has a short. I have to tap it to get it to work. Once it turns on it works fine. I would recommend this product.
