I needed a new catch plate for an existing ball latch from Home Depot. This one works perfectly! I was able the install the strike plate without countersinking it-- just screwed it in with screws and it works great! The color is a perfect brass color that matches my Home Depot / Everbilt plates perfectly, and the catch divet catches the ball latch perfectly. Thank you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product *by J***N on December 26, 2024* Great quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy & Easy to Install *by J***. on November 7, 2023* These were PERFECT as replacements to the builder-installed closet fasteners. The installation was fast, easy, and the package comes with everything you need. The height of the ball is easily adjustable allowing you to ensure a proper fit. The stainless steel is durable, yet has a very nice polish. The only issue is that the base does not fit flush to the top of the door. So, I had to create an inset to "sit" it into the door to get a smooth look. This was minor given that it was only raises about 2mm. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/117955664-mousike-closet-door-ball-catch-stainless-steel-adjustable-ball-catch](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/117955664-mousike-closet-door-ball-catch-stainless-steel-adjustable-ball-catch) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
