This toilet paper stand comes fully assembled. I was surprised and a little disappointed at how light the box was when it arrived but I am relieved to say that this stand is sturdy. Sometimes the stand will slightly move right when you pull on a piece of toilet paper but it is very slight and immediately tips back into place. One of our cats sometimes rubs up against the stand and again it moves oh so slightly but is in no danger of tipping over. I do wish it was heavier but for all practical purposes it works great. This stand holds one active roll and three standby rolls. We use regular size rolls and it seems like there is a lot of room around them so I'm pretty sure this will hold jumbo size rolls. We keep the stand far from the shower so we have not had any issues with rust, whatsoever.
