Convertible Crib Toddler Guard Rail In Navy, Converts Cribs To Toddler Beds, Solid Wood Construction

Ditched the crib sized mesh guard and made it work for a mini crib! We have the Aden 3 in 1 mini crib and obviously this and the bar are built for a full sized crib. We had to cut the bar down to 38 1/8", used the universal rail with its own hardware (only 1 screw in the top hole). Then used the holes already made in the crib sides from the front panel and drilled through them and into the bar. Then we just used the screws that came with the bar and BAM, fits and works perfectly!0 issues doing this with a hand saw and power drill. 0 cracks made or loss of integrity of the crib. Neither the bar or rail are moving when she pushes or stands on it. Totally worth the extra work for it to keep her safe, look nice and remain functional!!

We were nervous at first from prior reviews. But come to find out the main issues in some of the reviews steamed from beds being 2013 models and older. They changed the beds in 2014 so people ordering this piece for 2013 and older beds had color problems and the holes were not lining up to screw the bed rail in place. Ours model bed is a 2015 and the color of the rail is perfect. Also, it was a simple, easy installation and great quality product.

Yet another over priced item for a child's crib from "dream (for a decent product) on me" with junk screw/bolts that strip even when inserted with care from someone who has been doing remodeling and construction since the early 1970's. If the crib was not from this lousy manufacturer already I would not have gotten this add on part to convert to toddler bed. We should all quit buying the junk they are dumping on the shores of the United States!

Don't expected a large package - it's smaller than you would expect and some may complain about the price for such a small item (I've seen that in previous reviews.) I simply waited for the price to drop $10. or so and paid around $38. for it. But it is what it is, exactly as described, and it does what it's supposed to do. And considering the affordable price of the crib itself as compared to other manufacturers, I'm not going to complain about the extra cost of add-on accessories. In total it's still half the price of other competitors.I'm very happy with this product, it's associated crib, and the manufacturer. Would definitely buy it all again...

I bought the exact model that goes to my crib (and verified through the manual after it arrived) but the inner hole on the bottom does not align with my crib. So I have it attached on the bottom right and on the top left but not at the bottom left. I bought the same brand crib and everything.Also, I wish the rail was much taller and longer so it could better feel like a crib or safe area. It barely holds his pillow.

We had no issues with our Dream On Me white Chelsea crib - until we tried to convert it to a toddler bed. The holes in the toddler rail just don't line up with the crib - similar to what other reviewers stated. I was skeptical, thinking perhaps other reviewers built their cribs incorrectly, but nope - the holes just don't line up for the Chelsea crib either. It is NOT a "universal" Dream On Me toddler rail. If you attached the screws to the bottom of the crib - the holes on the left side of the rail don't line up with the crib's. Thus, there's no way to secure the left side of the toddler bed rail to the crib frame (not very safe). We ended up having to secure the left side of the rail via another method - *rope* as we didnt have zip ties available. Kind of a let down since we paid $50 for the rail. Note that the rail is also quite short in length (only 21") - if you have a toddler that moves a lot during sleep - this rail is not for them...they will roll ever so easily onto the floor. Would not recommend this product

Easy to assemble. Only came with 3 screws although there were 2 bottom and 2 side rail holes. It is secure with the 3. I purchased a memory foam bumper to use in addition to rail since it covers about a third of the open crib side. Toddler rolls around a lot when sleeping. My grandson immediately got in bed once I finished installing.

Initially i thought this small piece of wood was terribly overpriced but got it anyway. I had taken the side of the crib off earlier. The side rail gives the crib/toddler bed a whole new look. I love it! And of coarse it adds to sleeping safety.

This is shorter than we expected, but does work well and keeps our toddler in bed.

Product arrived before the expected date. It was in good condition but alas I could not use it. The guard rail does not fit the Dream On Me Milano crib. The patterns on the holes do not match so I had to return this.

complete waste of money.. just go buy a cheap side rail for the crib/toddler bed!!!
