Awesome flavor
We make our own sausage. This is terrific quality and a huge amount. Seriously; we made 150 pounds of sausage with this. Why else would you buy so much?

I'm thinking somebody labeled the cayenne wrong, tastes more lie peprica!!! I wouldn't but this brand again if my life depended on it. Big waste of money!!!!!!!!!1 Not happy ay all !!!!!!!!!!!
