I have been feeding this friskies pate cat food to my cat for more than half of his life, some 7 years or so. He eats a mix of wet and dry food at morning and at night, and it is clear he prefers the wet food part of the diet.When the morning alarm goes off, there he is. When I arrive home from work, there he is. During his many years of feasting on Friskies Pate, I am ashamed to admit there have been a few evenings that I forgot it was all gone, so he had to get double dry food. Those were the worst days of his cat life.Also, Amazon has this available for a great price too. I used to buy it at a local grocery store, but around 2020 they started having shortages and only had some non Friskies junk (the cat could tell the difference and was visibly mad when it was fed to him), and these days they do sell it again but it's way overpriced.I can't comment on the flavor but the cat enjoys them all. When possible I like to get him a nice mix, like this one.Anyway, the picture is of my cat. He eats it too fast to get a pic of him eating and buries his face in the bowl. He eats this food as if he is a part of a cat community that has to fight over scraps, while in reality there are no other cats here. I do have a pet door to the back for him, and I suspect he sits out back while I'm gone during the day and converses with the other neighborhood cats about this feline fine dining that is Friskies Pate.

Bought this for my young picky kitty as he wasn't liking the other food with meaty bits. He, for some reason likes the pate but only if mixed with a gravy or Churu topper (cats can be more icky than kids!). My other older cat just loves this and there's a good variety of flavors in this pack, so happy kitties here!

On most given days great product. As in the world of automation the quality of the prime filets you get surprised every time you open a can. Strips not cut big chunks of food It’s ok I guess I have time to be the chef and cut them to size, but sometime I wish I didn’t have to. This comes from a person who goes thru 2 case of 30 cans for the inside and outside for the cats. Live in what’s left as we use the country. So I’ve to go back to shreds and filets.

My vet recommended that I switch to this brand after switching from a high protein food that’s not good for their kidneys.I have two cats that were both strays and now have a fur-ever home with me. I split each can between the two of them for their dinner time feed and they get kibble in the morning feeding.They are both a healthy weight and play together throughout the day and night and seem to enjoy the variety of pate flavors.

This is the ONLY brand of food my cats will eat. I get it automatically shipped every 3 weeks. I feed them variety pate dinners. I have one cat that can’t have chicken so there is the salmon dinner for him! The minute they see I’m awake in the morning they come running to their feeding place.
