Good, but Didn't Fix
I think my Ranger has a valve cover leak, but I wasn't sure how big it was so this was my first attempt at trying to fix it out of curiosity. The leak must be too big, cause even after an oil change the leak got bigger as well, so I figured I probably should have left the old oil in there, but I had a reason to change it anyways, so now I go on to fix the leak with new gaskets. Probably did some good as I love this product otherwise! Edit: Upon further inspection, no more leaks after doing the valve cover gaskets, and everything seems to be good! This stuff should now help everything last.

it works
so for cars that have high mileage this is a good product for you but it's also good for cars that burn through oil very fast. Like mine unfortunately. I've noticed since I started putting it in I don't go through as much oil. Don't get me wrong, it still burns oil but it's not nearly as bad. I would previously have to refill it every 3-4 weeks, now it's around 2.5 weeks or so. So it does work. worth the money. and worth saving your car because the burning of the oil has already damaged my engine so hopefully it will save me from further engine damages.

Fixes 2 issues: Has ZDDP and leak stop
i bought this because it has ZDDP, which my old engines require, and it has a seal additive to help reduce leaks which can be common in old engines. So this is a great product because it claims to deal with two issues. I will continue to buy this.

It works !
My 2011 Silverado with 240,000 on it has been a very dependable vehicle. One month in and little to no oil loss. I was adding a quart every 10 days so I’m pleased. No side effects are apparent to this looks like a winner. I will update over the next three months and advise.

Not sure if it broke my car
So my car is a `96 make & model, it was running well, and then after using this in the oil, some time later my car broke down with a strong smell coming from it. It turned out that the oil distributor had actually corroded at the seal and started leaking, when this is supposed to seal leaks in the system. My mechanic ended up having to install a kind of system bypass, because the supplier could not provide a replacement oil system and seal. It ended up costing about a grand for the repairs and cleanup. I bought this to take better care of my car and lubricate it better, but the product seemed to have actually damaged my car to the point that it needed serious repairs and modifications. It should have left it running better than ever, but instead it caused a serious breakdown, and it was by sheer luck that I was able to get it started and leave it with the mechanic. It might work better with your car, but I think given the chain of events, and the amount of time that it had to prevent exactly the problem that occurred, it is fair to say that you might do better taking it for an oil change and getting the additive put in by a professional.
