Works well in some environments
This device works very well in my safety environment. I CAN keep my hand in my pocket and communicate with the rest of the team by pushing a remote button. There are no wires between the button, the transmit receive portion or the earpiece. Doesn't have noise reduction or noise cancelling. That's what makes it a little difficult to use in a really noisy environment or a venue where music is being played. I still think it's well worth the money

An Amazing Product With A Worthless Design
Why would I put a one star review for an amazing product you may ask? Well, I'll make this short and sweet for those who don't want to read a long review. The ear piece is designed for ears that do not fit humans in general. Because of this terrible design flaw, which I imagine was the prototype that never got modified before hitting market, you might just accidentally break your $80 device in its first couple weeks of existence. There's no good way of getting it over your ear without flexing the speaker part, which in turn causes it to break, then causing the speaker to dangle by the cord. You can imagine how much fun it is to repair this with a piece of tape after you spent so much money on this. I honestly highly recommend you find a better designed product that wasn't rushed to the market. Other flaws include interchangeable ear pieces that fall off and get lost easily, no instructions, difficult Bluetooth connection, and they even short you on a base for the charger. There are a lot of amazing features to this thing which the designers just flush down the drain. The headset's battery last about 12 hours consecutive run time (that was while streaming music the entire time too). The audio quality works pretty well even when I'm on my forklift moving. They give you an additional button too can wear like on your finger or somewhere if you need to use or place the call button elsewhere. The sound quality you hear is pretty decent to be honest. I'll never buy the thing again, and all my coworkers who were interested in one, no longer wish to have their ears hurt or to flush $80 down the drain. This product is honestly only worth $20 maximum. If they wanted $80 for it, they shouldn't have put out their prototype as their final product. You can steal my $80 now, but you only forfeit all the referral sales and good reviews you could be getting.

Bluetooth solution for your HT
I got this to connect my BTech DMR 6X2 to my bluetooth headphones (with internal mic). It works surprisingly well-- even includes a bluetooth PTT button, separate from everything else! Pressing "play" on the headphones is the same as pressing or releasing the PTT button on the HT. I wear BTE hearing aids, so I can't use the headset that came with it but it looks nice (and has it's own little PTT button, too!) The directions for pairing are quite sparse and not adequate; if you know how it's easy, but the first time you're definitely on your own. Since I didn't need the headset, I would have liked to pay a bit less. But the price seems fair for what's included and the product is utilitarian.

Long Battery
So I love that it fits on my small ear. Stays in place all day with all the moving I do,working in retail. At first I was very weary of battery life until I figured how to connect to my phone and work radio at the same time. My phone will tell me battery life. I wore the headset for nearly 10 hours listening to both music and the radio the entire time and ended my day with 60% left. *** battery life lasted me exactly 12 hours My one and only issue is short delay picking up the radio. I guess also the noise canceling works too well cause I become really deaf while wearing it but I'll learn to adapt it. I also am able to keep the volume on low Like level 1 low and still hear everything. Only had this for a few days but loving it so far. They have awesome customer service. This product has definitely helped me through out my day.

Good try but has some problems that needs work on
The bluetooth and duel modes work for me but it caused a stuck PTT button problem as I was using this for work it made the headset useless if I have to turn on and off the radio each time I talk once not sure what was causing it but I returned the headset Besides that it had good enough sound and was OK no comfort and fit for me

Doesn't work as advertised
Pros: You can hear the radio transmissions. Cons: Pairing the receiver to the headset was difficult. It took me easily 15 minutes of following the directions repeatedly before the earpiece finally paired with the receiver that plugs into the radio. Additionally, the PTT function doesn't work on either the earpiece or the remote. When you try to use the PTT function to talk through your channel, it doesn't send out through the radio. Instead, you just hear your own voice coming through the earpiece. Overall: The earpiece is clunky and the whole thing doesn't function as advertised. If you're okay with only being able to use the set to hear transmissions wirelessly, then it will serve its purpose. If you're wanting something that allows you to also communicate through the radio, this is not it.

It works
We use these as officials on a football field. They work great. Clarity is better then other headsets. This is pretty close distance so I don’t know what kind of range they have. But we can speak to another officials not on the field or in the press box. Good product for the price. Many of us have bought this particular device.

Useless with helmet intercoms
Had high hopes for it.. but it proves to be Useless for use with Cardo or Sena helmet intercoms. Spent hours try to connect to Cardo, just to have it loose connection shortly after and never connect again. Then purchased Sena 60S.. well Sena says it connects to this device, but the device never connects to Sena. Technical support first said (in very confusing english) that it's not compatible, then when I mentioned that there are videos showing the 50S connecting to their BT device, they responded "I really don't know anything about your machine."..
