It is just OK
I wish this antenna mounting tube had a slightly larger or a bit thicker walls for sturdiness. But quality seems OK. Price is a bit high. Should have bought a galvanized chain link fence post instead but I will use this one for now.

Usable for ham radio vertical
Well made steel tubing. Use multiple to elevate antennas in 5' increments.

Worked perfectly!
Works perfectly in support of my Antennas Direct installation. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Lightweight
If you ever used Radio Shack's (and other brands) TV masts in the past, you will be sorely disappointed with how thin the metal is (gauge) on these. I am using 3 sections for 15 feet - its cheaper than a telescoping mast, but on receiving these, I decided to guy the 15 foot mast due to how lightweight these are. They are well-made however, for what they are. With TV going away, antenna masts are going away.

The mast arrived on time and in good shape.I have installed on the chimney and was easy to install. The most important thing it is solid and the picture is really good. I hope it last for years. Good job. Larry

I wish I could run my cable down the inside of the mast
The mast is okay but i was unaware that the end is not just swedged, it is actually folded in towards the middle quite a bit, making it nearly useless for my application as i can not fit the plug for the cable past this end, and there fore can not use the mast to assist in shielding the cable, and i cant just drop the wire straight down the mast.

Very Stout
I cut off the crimped section and ran cabling through the tube. Since I was using only one and not multiples of stacked tubing, I lost 6" of tubing. The crimped end is crimped on both sides leaving two 5/16" dia. holes if you are thinking of running wires through the mast. Hope this helps.
